General conditions

Terms: Orgalime S2012 (Gen. Conditions for Supply of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic Products) known and accepted by both parties and regardless of any possible terms stipulated in Buyers order or order confirmation which may be contrary to or derogate from these terms unless DACS has accepted the derogating stipulations in writing. Buyer has in addition accepted the following: Payment: Prepay net cash unless clearly stated otherwise in order confirmation or invoice made by DACS. If payment is not made on or before due date Buyer will be charged interest at a rate of 1.5 % per month. Buyer also accepts that partial delivery is allowed.

INCOTERMS (2010): FCA DACS, Denmark, unless clearly stated otherwise in order confirmation from DACS.

Buyer shall ensure that goods are inspected immediately on arrival. Any complaints not reported to DACS in writing within 8 (eight) days from delivery are void.

In case of disputes these shall be settled according to Danish Law at the Court in Aarhus, Denmark.
